BPMN audit trails takes 7-8 minutes to open

Hi,

We are migrating to the cloud and in our OCI env we are facing a performance issue while rending BPM audit trail diagram, its takes 7 to 8 minutes to open.

My analysis.

  1. On-prem it takes a few seconds to load the audit train from SOA EM.
  2. After restarting SOA services it takes a few seconds in OCI env for a couple of days then the performance degrades over time. Looked at the memory and CPU, and nothing strange there!
  3. I am getting the below exceptions in the Adminserver-diagnostic logs.
