Notification to Email Report Output to Subscriber

I have an Orchestration that runs a report and delivers the output via email, I want to allow users to subscribe to get the output instead of having to modify the Orchestration or add the user via an input parameter. It seems like I would need to use a notification but I'm not connecting all the dots.
