is there a way to define Supplier Capacity by Part Number

1. Supplier Capacity is 35 per week. Only one Supplier offers this part number.
2. We have multiple branch plants that order the part number.
3. We use MRP/MPS for our planning.
4. Users can manually create PO's as well.
5. We want a way to be notified when we have more than 35 per week on order.
6. Is there a setting somewhere that will either warn/error when answering MRP messages and/or warn/error when using PO Entry/Revision.
