Mass update Reaction Times for existing Coverage Templates - EBS 12.2.8

Is there an easy way to mass update Reaction Times on existing Coverage Templates?

We have many, many coverages which are attached to active contracts and have never used the Reaction Times before. The business wants to start using the Reaction Times and will be filling in that info on any new Coverage Templates that are created. But we don't want to go in and manually update all of the existing templates.

Any ideas or directions?

I've done a bit of searching in MOS and I found info on the Contracts APIs but I don't see any that look like they can update Reaction Times. I suppose we can write some script to do it, but I figured I'd try here in case there's a better way or if someone has a script that they've used that works.
