Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to Change the status of the Item to Inactive - in Item Master Organization

While trying to change the item status to Inactive in Item master Organization , system throws an error as below.

'On Hand quantity exists or there are Open Deliver transactions for this item. Please process these before changing the attribute.'

but actually there are no pending transactions.

May I request the community to provide the solution to this issue.
