Closed PO items are showing in procurement while preparer is searching through vendor name

Hi team,

PO no 201031221 is closed, but items listed in PO lines is still available to preparer and requester while searching via vendor name in system, Ideally system should not show the Items which were there in closed BPA.

Attached is SS for your reference, Highlighted PO is closed in the system but items is still showing in the system.
