General Deduction - Multiple Medical Deductions

Good Afternoon---

I have a question. Our company is trying to implement specialty medical benefit plans for some employees.

The employees have to have a medical plan under Base Benefits to be eligible for 2 additional medical plans (one being a buy-up plan) under General Deduction. Is it possible to have multiple medical plans under General Deduction (plan type 00?) Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
