Oracle Fusion clone Prod to Test - no scheduled jobs/processes

Support provider has cloned PROD to TEST

No scheduled jobs are running - transactions will not flow through system - ie PO Receipt does not show in Projects or GL

Users of TEST system do not have access or skill set to run scheduled jobs. Therefore, TEST env is essentially non operational.

Claim is that Scheduled processes are not cloned. In previous versions (11i, 12R) all scheduled processes were cloned and we turned off those that were not appropriate for a Test env.

Is there part of the cloning process where you can choose to keep scheduled processes/jobs?

We have not had a test system that reflects PROD behavior since early June. Prior to June the processes did work. Not sure if something has changed?
