Fluid eProcurement Receiving

PSoft eProcurement 9.2.45

We have eProcurement requestors placing orders for various ship-to locations outside of their own User Preference ship-to location. We do NOT want requestors receiving material in other ship-to locations outside of their own.

Current setup:

1.) I have users' Location and ShipTo Location setup under Procurement User Preferences.

2.) I have role Action RECV_BY_SHIPTO setup for both ePro Novice Requester and ePro Requester role

3.) Using requesters having each role, I created requisitions, then sourced them to a Purchase Order, and then Dispatched them.

4.) When I signed back as the requesters, I then went to the Create Receipt tile in eProcurement and was able to receive the Purchase orders although they are outside of the ship-to location set up in User Preferences for both .
