ICX:Session Timeout at site level is defaulting to 30 minutes

We increased the session timeout in oracle apps R12.2 Using ICX:Session Timeout at site level to 240 minutes. The value at OA core and OA HTML is also set as 240 minutes .Couple of days back there was an application bounce and then after that, the value at site level in the application went back to 30 minutes.

Please note: The value of the session time out at OA core and OA HTML is still remains as 240 minutes.


We are not sure what is making this value defaulting to 30 minutes at the site level in the Application. Please suggest as the session is closing after 30 minutes. We wanted to have 240 minute for the session permanently
