Password encryption type for xml purchase order

Hello,

My system is EBS 12.2.6. I need to configure a new supplier to send it xml purchase order. My supplier ask me what is the type of encryption used for the password ? I'm not able to answer it and I don't know where this point is managed. Is it a profile option, a lookup codes ?
