Why does Job Offer page pulls Jobcode from the Position Data instead of Job Opening Details page?

In PeopleSoft HCM TAM 9.2, when creating new Job Offer, Jobcode is pulled directly from Position Data.

It should pull the jobcode from Job Opening details.

Here is the scenario -

  1. Created Job Opening with Position Nbr (ex- 30001) & Jobcode (ex - 1001). During recruiting process, once applicants are applied, Position Dept added a new row in Position Data for future 07/01/2023 for same Position Nbr (ex- 30001) with new Jobcode (ex - 1005).
  2. When Hiring Manager creates new Offer, Prepare Job Offer page displays new future Jobcode (ex - 1005). [Begin HRS_APPLICANT_TRACKING.HRS_OFFER.UI.OfferUI.OnExecute----method formatJOPosition]
