sseunzip80.exe utility -- run in windows 10

Hi Siebel people,

we have sseunzip80.exe utility which we were using for many years for an important report. After we upgraded our workstations to Windows 10, this utility no longer works. I understand Siebel does not have replacement of sseunzip80.exe to run in windows 10. We are running Siebel IP2015, and will upgrade Siebel to a newer verion in the future, but it will not be immediate.

If you know of any solution that we can use to uncompress Siebel attachment data in siebel attachment folder, I would appreciate it.
