Real Item substitution

Hello Everyone,

We are planning to implement real item substitution feature available with Oracle version 12.2.6. We went through the oracle solution document available in Metalink, but things are not clear. if anyone has in the past or recently implemented this feature, please help with any additional documentation that provides step to step guide (preferably with screenshots).
