Is it possible to upload Batch and Header level DFFs information from WebADI in R12?

Is it possible to upload Batch and Header level DFFs information from Webadi in R12? I found (Doc ID 601369.1) on Oracle Support which suggests that there was an enhancement request logged for it long back in 2016, but I can't find the enhancement status. Can someone confirm if this is available in R12 now?
