Payables-Definition Name: Accrual Basis in VALIDATING Status

Hi there,

After 19c database upgrade we had a performance issue with running "Validate Application Accounting Definitions" program, which got resolved after applying Patch p34181564_R12.XLA.C_R12_GENERIC.zip .

After the Patch was applied , when the program is run,

Payables-->Definition Name: Accrual Basis--> Completes with Status: VALIDATING. (which would be VALID in 12c database).

Any ideas why the prog. would complete in Validating status?
