Why the PAC cost is not replicating in an standard EAM cost?

We have a EAM SSM page(Easy Store Requisition). Through this page, we can issue materials and create requisition but before ordering a material, the unit item cost showing there is 0.

Our Customer asked that we have PAC request set which runs everyday and the behavior should be that the item cost should get replicated by the PAC cost.

Can anyone please help with suggestion that what can be the reason for this?
