Cycle count Unscheduled Items report EBS 12.2.13

We have 2 weeks before the cycle count for the year ends and there are many items on the unscheduled items report. How do they come off this report?

We upgraded from 12.1.2 to 12.2.13 recently and assuming that's why they are on this report. Just need to know how to get them off the report. Do we have to do them manually now? o will we get count sheets over next two weeks that catch it all up?
