Configure AHF/IWA to access OEM repository?

I would like to run a noisy neighbor report, but first need configure AHF to access our OEM repository.

Can someone please point me to a MOS note, documentation or provide the instructions?

BTW, running this on an X8M-2 Exadata (22.1.1.0.0.220803) with AHF 22.3.1 and OEM 13.5.0.4. Databases and GI are all 19.16.
