EPM System Configurator 11.1.2.4 error with 'Configure Common Settings'

When running EPM System Configurator 11.1.2.4 to configure common settings, the follow error is displayed:

'Can not find valid path separator from input path or path is not writable. Please enter a valid path.'

The only change I am attempting to make is updating the service account password for the Windows services, all other settings have not changed. EPM has been working up until this point. I've already changed the password in Active Directory for the service account and can no longer start up services until I resolve this issue. I do not have ability to reset password to previous password.
