Is there a way to open a Service Request form with focus on the charges tab?

To increase the efficiency for a client, we have hidden some tabs using function exclusions. The users in most cases want to enter charges on the service request. To reduce the number of clicks, is there a way to open the service request with the cursor on the charges tab?
