Can we setup a DR solution for our OEM 13.5 env with server replication and dataguard?

I'm wondering if we can setup a DR solution for our OEM 13.5 env by replicating the OMS server and repointing it to the physical standby database at our DR site? We are running OEM 13.5 on Oracle Linux Server release 7.9; and OEM repository is located on a separate server running on Oracle 19C (19.16) with dataguard.

1) Our server team can replicate the OMS server to our DR site and keeping the same server name but a different IP address.

2) Switch the primary to our physical standby database at our DR site.

3) Repoint the replicated OMS to new primary database at our DR site.
