Database connection comes through Admin network Exadata x4-2

Hi All, I have a wired issue, every time I initiate a database connection with client network (SCAN and VIP). But some how it returns the request using admin network.

DNS resolution is fine, every time nslookup or dig gives correct ip address or hostname.
