We plan to install an Oracle 19 Physical Standby to an existing Oracle 11.2.0.4 Database

Based on this Article Doc ID 785347.1

Source is 11.2.0.4 based on an Windows Host and Destination (Standby) is an Oracle Linux 7 Host.

Question:

The destination must have set this Parameter:

Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production

Version 19.15.0.0.0

SQL> show parameter compatible

NAME TYPE VALUE

------------------------------------ ----------- ------------------------------

compatible string 12.1.0.2.0


Is the procedure in Doc ID 785347.1 still possible with keeping the compatible of 12.1.0.2.0 set when it comes to the point to open and upgrade the Standby Database?
