Are there any bugs/issues between Oracle 19c on Windows vs Linux?

Hi,

We are working on a project that is giving us hard time. The vendor is using Oracle 19c on Windows 2019 and we are using 19c on Linux RH 8 in Azure.

The vendor is able to run the process in their environment and the same thing doesn't want to work on our end. The process is stuck on one of a simple query.

I'm pretty sure vendor is not running the same configuration of their application (the one we are trying to implement here) but I just want to check if anyone here knows about some Oracle bugs that might affect a code depending in which environment it's being ran.
