ship tolerance above Defaulting Rule Not Working For Copy Order

defaulting condition of a sale order that is 5% ship tolerance above works for new sale order entry only, but if the user copies the old sale order to create new ship tolerance doesn't auto-populate or replace the existing tolerance value that is in our case is 0
