Backorder release P42117 releases double the quantity from backorder

Hi Team,

One of the order with ordered quantity 2 is in backorder, but when P42117 was used to release the backorder it releases the order line from backorder but the quantity was doubled.

Sales ledger file F42199 has got two lines with program ID P42117, one line with quantity 2 as shipped and next one with 4 with a time stamp difference of 1 second. User didn't realize and this has resulted in over shipping of 2 quantities.

I'd tried to replicate the issue in the test environment, upon changing the "Quantity to ship" (UPRMR) column value from 2 to 4, or changing the quantity to 4 but upon receipt of error change it back to 2, using single and multiple lines. But result is same, there is only a single line in F42199 with program ID P42117 and the quantity that I chose to ship in P42117.
