BenAdmin - benefits waiting period impacted by LOA

Hi,


I have an employee who went on leave shortly after they were hired. Their benefits start date was defaulted to 90 days after their hire, but I want that clock to begin once they return from leave and make their benefits effective 90 days from their return date. Using BenAdmin, what is the best way to manage this?
