UNABLE TO ENTER USER IN APPROVAL GROUP

I created an approval group in PRODUCTION ENVIROMENT and i am not able to add a user ( while in a different approval group created time ago he's present)

The user has EMPLOYEE role and despite it , i am not able to enter it.


Could you hep me?
