Cancellation Method in Country Take
We are in PS 9.2 PUM 43. In Country Take, the Cancellation Method is set to "Delete from Database" so that employees may resubmit the same absence without having issue. It works very well with regular absences like sick, vacation.
However, when cancelling extended absence subsequent requests (we use special absence requests instead of the regular absences from the Extended Absence page, but these requests are configured the same way in Country Take component), the original record remains in the database. Business user needs to delete from Absence Event page in order for the employee to resubmit the absence.
Has anyone experienced this situation? Thanks in advance!!
