Missing addresses and incorrect zipcodes on Oracle Maps - Oracle elocation services

Hi,

We have been using Oracle maps as part of Peoplesoft Mileage calculator functionality. Quite a few users reported that they are not able to find certain addresses on Oracle maps. We confirmed and all those addresses exist on google maps but not on oracle maps. How can we get these missing addresses added to Oracle maps? Peoplesoft Support consultants asked us to reach to Oracle eLocation Services.

Example of Incorrect address: 

100 N Senate Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46202, US (zip code should be 46204)
