Assign Equipment Type for Shipment, has Drop Empty Before Freight checked by default

While assigning driver using fleet management -> Assign Driver

Assign Equipment Type for Shipment -> has Drop Empty Before Freight checked by default,

Is there a way to uncheck it or through some property, please let me know.
