Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. AR ECC Period Close Tab not updated with changed data

opened a number of AR periods (as the test environment was a bit old), then ran the INCREMENT and FULL load.

However the APRECC Period Close tab still shows that only 1 Period (Jun-22) is open, and is not reflecting the correct data.

Is this a known issue? Should I log an SR?
