Pack Detail in Purchase transfer order OT

When doing a ST/OT transfer, at the time of ship confirm, we inform the data related to shipment pack detail on P4216 (Procesing Option behind warehouse tab activated in P4205)

Some of the fields updated in F4216 are also available in F43121 table, so, is there a way for those fields to get populated in F43121 for the OT order when the ST is shipped?

For example:

F4216 = F43121.PLT

F4216 = F43121.PAK
