Hi,

We face issue in JDE Prod environment, because the "new Kernel setting" Menu Index Thread Pool Size = 5 seemed not to be applied

[JDENET_KERNEL_DEF6]

MenuIndexThreadPoolSize=5

Symptom:

All end user l can't log in, keep processing jde screen

EnterpriseOne has high CPU usage

P90013 app display more than 20 rows, all of them in Processing status, (don't just =5 as mention before)

Current setting:

jde.ini

Call Object Kernel (Type 6) -> Menu Index Thread Pool Size = 1

(default value 5)

What could have happened that the P90013 had more than 20 rows in Processing status?

Any bug related this issue?

More info:

We come from an upgrade 9.2.0.5 to 9.2.5.6
