Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. When moving an order to existing shipment below error is shown.

The order release falls in path of already attached releases on the shipment.

Error:

MoveOrdersToShipmentActions Failed to combine shipments.

Status is secure resources not started, enroute not started, not reviewed as well.
