480 No routes found -FQDN

Hello,

We are trying to configure a new SIP trunk but as per incoming INVITEs the SBC returns 480 No routes found.

Have a similar local policy working well when no FQDN in the FROM uri-host

a FQDN is use in FROM uri-host

INVITE sip:+1111111@xxx.xxxx.xxx.xxx SIP/2.0\r\n

  Record-Route: <sip:yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy:5060;r2=on;transport=udp;ftag=61627873_c3356d0b_01cb3c3e-654e-43ed-b142-9474cb7ec66f;lr>\r\n

  Record-Route: <sip:zzz.zzz.zzz.zzz:5060;r2=on;transport=udp;ftag=61627873_c3356d0b_01cb3c3e-654e-43ed-b142-9474cb7ec66f;lr>\r\n
