Oracle Cloud Rejects 2nd response from GTM

in Oracle Global Trade Management (MOSC) Question

We are trying to implement Oracle GTM and Oracle Cloud. we have used Logistic adaptor for Order management.

while testing screen , ERP send Order details to GTM and GTM successfully sends response to Oracle ERP cloud.

Suppose the response was "Under Review" on one of the lines. Not GTM business team checks why it came on Hold and they apply the fix or license in GTM . At this point GTM sends another response and at this point it fails with below error


Has anybody experienced this issue or can help on it ?
