Orchestration for creating large volume of interims

Has anyone created an orchestration that will load a large number of interim adjustments into the Interim Workbench? We have about 800 employees who need an adjustment to the Gross Wages and Excludable Wage of a local tax and ideally we want to use interims to correct the issue but creating this many interims is too many for our small payroll team to take on. We have an Excel spreadsheet that has the employee # and the amount the Gross and Excludable Wages need to be adjusted by, we want to be able to automate the interim creation process.
