Oregon Paid Family Leave - Mandatory Retirment Deduction
IF we have mandatory retirement deduction, would that be considered a PreTax Deduction from the Subject wages to Calculate the Oregon Paid Family Medical Leave. We know that the 403B and 457 do not reduce the Subject Wages, but would (PERS) a mandatory deduction reduce the Subject Wages.
