Database Upgrade question : 19.16 to 19.17

Hello All,

We have a database on 19.16 Oracle home. We cloned it from another 19.17 database by copying all datafiles besides oracle home. We didn’t do any downgrade steps. So the database was running on 19.16 Oracle home and 19.17 database files for 10+ days. Later we upgraded the binaries to 19.17. But executing the datapatch didn’t install 19.17 Release update (basically it ran ?/rdbms/admin/nothing.sql) because the database registry already recorded the database was on 19.17. Now the database seems running fine as Oracle home and database files are on the same level. We’d like to know if the current situation
