BPMN audit trail takes time to load

We have FMW Version 12.2.1.4.0.

We are facing a performance issue while loading BPMN audit trail.

Logs show this a lot of entries with this info -

Do we need to apply Patch 18492375 and Patch 25912717 even if we are on 12.2.14?
