Has anyone ever had the Receipt Traveler report print in duplicate?

We have the following profiles set:

Concurrent Report Copies - User (1)

RCV: Print Receipt Traveler - Site (Yes, rdf report)

RCV: PRocessing Mode - Site (Immediate)

However, the report prints twice.
