If I have a GI-HAS configuration for the ASM & DBMS services, how would I add services like EMCC

If I have a GI-HAS configuration for the ASM & DBMS services, how would I add WLS services like EMCC/OMS & OAS to clusterware? This would primarily automate the shutdown & startup of services when scheduled monthly Linux patching occurs. This would be for VMs running 19c on Linux-x86-64; storage and other resources can be provisioned as needed.
