How to update the Oregon employee tax records for Paid Leave Oregon?
My company is in Oregon and is going to elect to provide an equivalent plan rather than participating in the state funded paid leave plan.
I set up the company tax table as Voluntary for the paid leave in Other Programs.
I was hoping to not have to update each person's employee tax data to add a new date row (because it would be for thousands of employees) but when I did the precalc audit for a January test payroll, I got thousands of errors saying "Employee Tax Data not in sync with Program Funding Framework".
We are not planning to deduct anything from the employees until we implement the equivalent plan later this year.
