ODI cloud deployment

I have oracle free tier account. I am trying to deploy ODI classic on the cloud through my free tier account. I followed these steps in my attempts to deploy ODI Classic:

1. i went to market place on oracle cloud.

2. then i searched for Oracle Data Integrator

3. I selected oracle data integrator classic

4. I selected the latest version 12.2.1.4

5. on the first page (stack information) i fill in all information

Problem:

1. when i click next button nothing happens. The page does not go the next page when i click on the next button. Can someone assist

2 I also noticed tht when i login to my free tier Cloud account i get the message: "Your free trial ended. You can continue to use Always Free resources".
