Unable to patch oracle 19.15 because CLSRSC-4014

Hello guys,

I tried to patch my oracle RAC 19.15 to 19.17 using opatchauto apply /u01/install/34449117/34416665

The precheck says that everything is OK, and when it starts to shutdown oracle t on the node to start the patching I suddenly get this error:

CLSRSC-4014: Failed to shut down Oracle Trace File Analyzer (TFA) Collector. Grid Infrastructure operations will continue.



Here is the relevant part of the log:

2023-01-01 15:00:51: Executing cmd: /bin/ahfctl stopahf -compliance

2023-01-01 15:00:52: Command output:

> User directories do not exist to configure upload configurations, please run ahfctl access add -user as root-user.
