Why Does Transaction History In Install Base Show 'Pending' Status Instead of 'Complete'?

In my project Fixed Assets module is not being used where as Asset Tracking module is being used in the project, in this case why are we seeing 'Pending' status instead 'Complete' in the Transaction History of Item Instances?

Request any one please provide the reason/ or Solution for this issue.
