Creating pick suggestion with R46171

Occasionally, when creating pick suggestions our system will create multiple trips for the same item/lot/location instead of just one trip. This causes issues when picking.

Ex: We have a SO for 5500#. Our subsystem runs and creates a suggestion in P4617. We have plenty of quantity in one location to cover the SO. When the suggestion is created though, it is creating 5 suggestions for 1000# and one suggestion for 500#. All 6 of these picks are suggestion the same item/lot/location. I get it if its suggestion different lots or locations, but every pick is the same. These pallets weigh 2750# each. Why would it split these into 1000# picks when we should just get one pick for
