Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Approval Workflow Configuration (Request Status = Error)

We are currently using the (ATTACHED) delivered configuration for absence approvals.

To prevent absence requests from being auto approved when an employee's Supervisor ID is blank in Job Data, we assigned the AM Administrator role to a few approvers on my team.
After testing this configuration, we noticed the request status displays as "Error" after an employee (where the Supervisor ID field is blank) submits a request.
We also noticed the request status displays as "New" on the Create and Maintain Absences page.

These statuses should display as Submitted when using the attached configuration.

Is anyone else seeing the same request statuses of "Error" and "New" when using the attached configuration?
